Digital Pet Art Frequently Asked Questions

Our system calls another computer which does the actual image transformation using AI (artificial intelligence). We've loaded all the prompts into our system to cause the AI to create the artwork, which are created by transforming the original image.

Sometimes the AI will add an extra leg, or insert some mis-spelled or foreign looking text. This is one of the mistakes you hear about that AI does. The best thing to do is try again, you will get a different result each time.

The AI engine has unpredictable results. Sometimes it will not send an image back. Other times it may say the image violates its safety rules - for no apparent reason. The best thing to do is try again, most times any error message is temporary. Our AI overlords can be cranky...

Dealing with the images requires the manipulation of many bits of information to create the pixels of the image. If you experiment on your own with any AI engine, you can see that text results always come back quickly, but images are slower - and video even slower than that. Video has many more pixels than images, whereas text has no pixels at all!

The AI engine is fickle, and sometimes will generate images with garbled text, or incorrectly crop the image. We can't control these results. We made our rule very simple - if you get an image, we charge a credit. If an error causes no image to be saved you won't be charged. (We have to pay for the AI engine even if you're unhappy with the image)

In a word, no. We make it easy to see the image before you buy it.

We use one of the most popular AI engines. If we told you, that would spoil the fun, right??

If you have a great idea, we'd love to hear it! Just use the contact us link at the bottom of every page. Keep in mind that some ideas can't be done because of copyright issues.
