Only open to residents of the USA where item can be shipped via ground shipping. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The giveaway begins at 8-9-25 at 09:00 AM and ends at 9-9-26 at 09:00 AM. All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper for this Giveaway.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter:

  1. Visit PetArt.Biz during the Giveaway Period and create free pet art using any pet photo (watermarked version acceptable).
  2. Post your pet art image on Instagram.
  3. Tag @PetArtBiz and include the hashtag #PetArtGiveaway in the caption.
  4. Follow @PetArtBiz on Instagram.
  5. Ensure your Instagram account is set to public so your entry can be seen.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive:

  • A custom ceramic mug printed with the winner’s pet art (provided by winner in high resolution for printing).
  • Approximate Retail Value ($22.95)
  • Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitution will be provided, except in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • Selection: On or about [Date], Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
  • Notification: Winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @PetArtBiz within 48 hours of selection.
  • Claiming Prize: Winner must respond to the notification within one week. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. PUBLICITY & RIGHTS GRANTED

By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your submitted entry (including the pet art image, your Instagram handle, and name) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
